You've experienced our ultimate goal that every customer is a satisfied customer. There is no greater compliment than when a satisfied customer recommends us. And quite simply, we wouldn't be able to provide the outstanding service throughout the years without great customers like you making referrals to us. Therefore, we would like to begin "rewarding" you for spreading the word about Ernie's Plumbing. For every "brand new" customer you bring on board, we will send you a "referral certificate" that you may redeem on any of your future plumbing needs.
How do I qualify?
1) We must be able to identify YOU as a previous customer. Of course if you've done business with us, our computer will identify you. If not, then you CAN'T qualify.
2) The person and/or address you refer to us, CANNOT be identified in our customer list. Obviously, if their name or address shows up, then they are already our customer, and you CAN'T qualify.
How does it work?
You simply fill out the form below and click the submit button. We will check our customer list for you and your referral, and send an email to schedule a Free Estimate for the referred customer.
When do I get my $50.00 Referral Certificate?
After we have scheduled your referral, if they accept our proposed bid, then they too become an Ernie's customer. After we have completed their job and collected payment, we will mail your certificate within 7-10 business days.
