I had a toilet replaced but the tech made an HONEST mistake and dropped the lid from the old tank into my sink and broke it. They have done everything that is humanly possible to assist with their mistake. They took ownership and provided exceptionally personal levels of service. They don’t fix marble under mounting but they cut me a check as soon as I had an estimate and a date scheduled and Randy hand-delivered the check from Arlington.
They could have been like fix it and here you go but they showed character and sincerity owning their mistake.
